Level 1
-getting familiar in water a without parent
-bubbles
-Nose bubbles
-floating
-rudimentary kicking
-rudimentary arm motions

Level 2
-Basic swimming skills
-Kicking on back and front
-Kicking with board
-Still highly relying on instructors
-Beginning of arms (freestyle)

Level 3
-Developing strokes
-Freestyle
-Backstroke
-Should be able to go to bottom of shallow end with no assistance
-Sit dives

Level 4
-Learn fly body position
-Freestyle, breath to side
-Backstroke
-Learn breast kick
-Knee dive

Level 5
-Swim full 25 freestyle
-Swim full 25 backstroke
-Learn flip turns
-Learn open turns
-Breaststroke
-Fly
-Standing dive

Dates for Sessions:
Session 1 (Monday-Friday in the morning) June 6th-17th
Session 2 (Monday-Friday in the morning) June 20th-July 1st
Session 3 (Monday-Friday in the morning ) July 5th-16th
*for session 3, we skip July 4th and instead go to Saturday the 16th*
