All residential students should fill out and submit this mail forwarding form prior to leaving on-campus housing. The forwarding address provided is effective upon submission and will expire in 30 days. Mail Services will only forward Letter Mail. Packages will be returned to sender unless student provides a pre-paid label.

NOTE: Changing your forwarding address with Mail Services does NOT change your address with the Registrar's Office, Human Resources or any other department at Nova Southeastern University.
