Monthly Membership Cancellation:
As a dues paying member you are entitled to cancel your membership at any time after your minimum 3 month commitment has been met for all monthly memberships.
All cancellations require a 1 month notice.

In order for your monthly membership cancellation to become effective, you must be in financial good standing; all dues and other financial obligations prior to the effective date of the cancellation must be paid in full.
If your current monthly membership is on hold, you are required to give a 1 month cancellation notice to cancel your membership before your hold is over.

Please fill out this form completely and you will receive an email confirmation for your membership cancellation. Your cancellation request has not been processed if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please resubmit a cancellation form.
