We're currently seeking relevant products and brand to promote to TWO segments of our audience - our ~100K+/mo blog readers and our 1000's of paid student audience.

This is NOT a paid sponsorship.

We're just looking to recommend product/services that are valuable to our readers and students.

For some of these products/services, we would be interested in becoming affiliate partners and will give preferential placements.  But an affiliate agreement is NOT required.

If you have a product or service that is useful for Airbnb and short term rental hosts, we'd love to hear from you and potentially recommend you to our audiences.

AUDIENCE #1) Promote your product/brand to our 1000's of students who have registered to take one of our Airbnb host training programs.
     
We are the largest provider of Airbnb hosting education through our courses and have established a pipeline of JV partners to promote our course to millions of potential students this year. Our students are serious hosts (over 90% will become active hosts within 3 months of completing our programs) and are highly motivated.  

They're 5X more likely to purchase anything we recommend inside our course.
     
We're looking for promotions with the code "LEARNAIRBNBHA" that is specifically targeted to our students.  This offer should be the best offer you can give for your product or service. This offer will not be shared publicly but only within our training programs.  
 
SAMPLE OFFERS:  15-40% off one time purchases, 10-20% off subscriptions, or 1-2+ month free trials.

AUDIENCE #2) Promote your product/brand to our 100K+/mo general audience on our website & mailing list of over 40K+
     
Here we're calling for all products/service providers who want to reach our audience to provide a special "LEARNAIRBNB" only offer to our audience.  Although not required, priority in terms of website and newsletter placement will go towards partners providing permanent offers.  One time or limited time offers will need to provide date of expiration or other details.  Also not required but preference will be given to partners with established affiliate programs that LearnAirbnb can easily become a partner of.

This offer will be shared publicly on our website and occasionally to our mailing list.
   
 SAMPLE OFFERS:  10-20% off one time purchases, 5-10% off subscription services, or 2 week to 1 month free trials.
