Please submit this registration form for each member for the 2022-2023 Olympian Fencing Club season. Please submit one form per student you are registering. Upon completion we will send you a payment link to pay for the annual registration fee, a link to sign up for your monthly subscription(s), waivers and liability forms to digitally sign, our policy acknowledgment form, and a training plan form for OFC 'Team' members to fill out.
