LANDCREW DECLARATION AND INDEMNITY

Each paddler will be assisted by a  landcrew. The information collected here will be used to contact the landcrew if a paddler they are supporting is in need of help.

To be available to assist at the start, the finish and checkpoints D and I.
We will not visit any other checkpoint unless notified to do so by officers to pick up the above paddlers.
Will obey all officials with regard to parking at major checkpoints.
To indemnify the Association, their officers, agents or sponsors against any claims or demands whatsoever made by any person or persons arising out of or in conjunction with my participation in The Hawkesbury Canoe Classic.
To hold the Association, its officers, servants, agents and sponsors harmless against loss or injury of any kind incurred or suffered by me arising out of or in conjunction with my involvement in the Hawkesbury Canoe Classic whether or not such loss or injury shall have been caused or contributed to by any act, omission or negligence of the Association, its officers, servants, agents or sponsors.
That the Hawkesbury Canoe Classic insurance for the event does not cover support crew or their equipment.
