Career Tech Saturday School Sign-up
READ CAREFULLY: Every two-hour (2) session equals one (1) make-up day. Attendees must come through the main entrance and you must be in class on the Career Tech campus by the start time that you selected as exterior doors will be accessible ten (10) minutes prior to the hour and they will be locked at one (1) minute past the hour. Exterior doors will not be opened again until ten (10) minutes prior to the next hour. If you know that you will be late, please call (231)922.6356 or (231)922.6311.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Due to staffing requirements, any student not signed up by 2:45 Friday, the day before that Saturday School session, will not be able to attend. To verify that you have signed up, you will receive an email confirmation message to the email address that you typed in. Be sure to keep an eye out for a "Google Forms" message in your Spam folder. If you did not receive an email confirmation message, you are not signed up. See Mr. O'Brien in the Information Technology room with any questions.

Expectations
- Saturday School is intended for students that need to make up day(s) due to absences
- Students are expected to be productive while in attendance by completing work from their
   - Career Tech program
   - home school
   - or read something school appropriate (SSR book, current events, etc.)
- Students can bring snacks/drinks or head down to vending machines, but cannot leave the building
- Once students arrive, quiet voices all day long
- No cell phone use in class
- No sleeping
- If there is an issue with a student, the following steps will be taken:
   - 1st Warning: reminder to get back on track
   - 2nd Warning: call a parent to explain the situation and the expectations
   - 3rd Warning: student is asked to leave
   - If the student is asked to leave on two (2) separate occasions during a school year:
       - student no longer has the option of attending Saturday School during that school year
- The Saturday School instructor has the final say whether the student has earned a make-up day
