Cottonwood High School 2019-2020 1st Semester Class Change Request
The "Cottonwood High School 2019-2020 1st Semester Class Change Request" form is not accepting requests at this time.
The Class Change form will be open BEFORE school begins from Monday, August 5 at 8:00 am until Tuesday, August 13 at 3:00 pm. The form will then close so counselors have a chance to try to make the requested changes before school begins.
The form will then reopen on Tuesday, August 20 at 2:30 pm until Friday, August 23 at 2:30 pm. Class change requests made AFTER the school year begins will be charged a $5.00 fee for any unnecessary changes.
