Marketplace Dates: Saturday April 30th and Sunday May 1st

Q: What type of vendors will you feature in this bustling outdoor marketplace?
A: At this event we feature Tiki and Mid-Century Style artists, makers and creators. We have an overall interested in Vintage Polynesian Pop, Hawaiiana and Mid-Century Arizona inspired styles. The marketplace will also feature a handful vintage & retro clothing, accessories and goods. Oh, and unique cocktail related products!

Q: How many vendors will be part of the marketplace?
A. We will have about 60 vendors overall.

Q: How will you choose the vendors for the marketplace?
A: Overall we are looking for a mix of vendors with a focus on artists. We are also interested in vendors that take time and care with their vendor set-up that will allow for our marketplace to feel unique and distinctively Tiki and/or Mid-Century Style.

Marketplace Hours:
10am- 4pm (set-up: 7:30am-10am)

Size of Vending Area:
10x10
You may leave your 10x10 easy-up tents overnight Saturday night, for continued vending on Sunday.

AZTO to provide:
One table and two chairs, wi-fi and a 'chill out' room if temps are high
Tiki Oasis Marketplace Manager and Team
International Audience and Local advertising will support publicity for Marketplace.

Note that electricity will NOT included for any outdoor vendors.

Price Options:
$375 - 10x10 vendor includes one business name and link on website, opportunity to post once to AZTO Facebook Group/Tiki Oasis Social Media. Includes two (2) 'AZTO evening resort passes' ($200 value!)

$500 - 10x10 SHARED vendor includes two* business names and links on website, opportunity for each vendor names to post once to AZTO Facebook Group/Tiki Oasis Social Media. We are asking that shared vendors have one contract and one point of payment. Includes three (3) 'AZTO evening resort passes' ($300 value!)
 * we only allow TWO vendors to share one booth.

$1000 - 10x10 Premium Vending Package. Upgrade your presence at Arizona Tiki Oasis thru extra sponsor perks! Includes a 10x10 vending area in our outdoor astro turf lawn for Saturday and Sunday, prime vendor marketplace location, logo & link on website marketplace page,  two (2) AZTO evening resort passes', featured highlight in Tiki Oasis Instagram Story (45k+), 1/2 Page color ad in program, opportunity to include item in collectable tote bag and logo featured in Event App!

$1500 - Cabana Suite Sponsor + Vendor. Located next to the outdoor bustling marketplace. You will take over a 420 sq. ft. / 240 sq. ft Cabana guest room with access from the front and the back patio. Includes extra sponsor perks such as: Logo & link on website marketplace page,  two (2) 'AZTO evening resort passes', featured highlight in Tiki Oasis Instagram Story (45k+ subscribers),  1/2 Page color ad in printed program, opportunity to include item in collectable VIP tote bag and logo and link featured in Event App! * Must purchase the cabana suite room $369 per night (3 night booking required, check in time 4pm and check out time 11am), vending allowed in room Thursday - Sunday!
