Fees:
We will be reducing our conversion fee on sales during the launch event so the maximal discount is passed on to our users and to make it an easy decision for you to join in on the fun! The fee has been priced at a level to just cover our expected costs. This has been a tough year for dentists and course providers alike. We hope Karma Days can bring good karma to all!
For online courses we will be reducing our conversion fee to 5% and for in-person courses to 2.5%. Again, we only charge on sales we provide. If we don’t provide any sales for you, you will still benefit from the exposure at no cost.
Example calculation: Original price of your online course is $150. Karma Day deal is $50 dollars off. We provide 10 sales. You would receive $1000 in sales revenue ($100 x 10= $1000 ). Our fee would be $50 ($1000 x 5%=$50).
Please note, sales are not completed on Course Karma. Our users are forwarded to your site to register.

Tracking:
If you already have an affiliate dashboard setup for us we will track sales through there. If not, you will have to track the number of times your promo code was used on your site and send us a report.

Deal:
The deal you provide must be greater than any deal you are offering during your participation in Karma Days for the following reasons:
1. We are advertising your deal as the best deal available
2. We are tracking sales via promo codes. Our users are redirected to your page to register and if the same or better deal is available there they will not use our promo code.

Payment:
Please forward the conversion fee to us via PayPal by December 31st, our PayPal email is hello@coursekarma.com. We understand that it is a challenging time financially for everyone so if you need more time please let us know.

Sharing:
In the spirit of coming together to promote continuing education, we ask all providers to share their participation in Karma Days by emailing their mailing list. Ideal dates to email are between November 19 and Nov 25th. Please CC hello@coursekarma.com in these emails. Feel free to share the deal you are providing but do not share the promo codes, those should only be available on our website. We will also be collecting votes for 'Top CE of 2020'. You can ask previous attendees to vote for your program at this time as well.
