Approaching a stranger about art commissions or any kind of purchase and/or service can be anxiety inducing. This form is designed in hopes to ease some of that fear! Instead of figuring out how to start off your message or what to say, just answer a few straight forward questions! An important reminder though, filling out this form is not a confirmation on your commission. I, the artist, will reach out to you once I receive your form which most likely will not be a same day response. From there we will discuss further the details and cost of your commission. If I do not reach out to you after a month of you submitting the form you can assume your submission was not accepted. You are welcome to submit another form if you wish, though I make no promises that if you submit the same request that it will be accepted or not the second time.
