We are excited to have your child join us for our youth program at Providence Baptist Church.  Please fill out the attached form if your child is interested in participating with us this year on Sunday evenings.  

Youth group meets each Sunday evening  during the school year.  If your child is interested, youth choir starts at 5:30 p.m. and our youth group meeting starts at 6:15 p.m.  You can come to both or just come at 6:15 for youth meeting/dinner.  We serve dinner at 7:30 and youth should be picked up no later than 8:00  each Sunday.
