Thank you for joining us for Japanfest 2022! This year's JapanFest features cultural performances, booths, and of course, Japanese food!

As per GW requirements, please be prepared to show COVID-19 Vaccination Card and a photo ID, or a negative test result within 24 hours upon entry for every guest.
For GW affiliated guests, the green clearance badge from the GW CHC portal will also be accepted.
Those who are unable to show documentation will not be allowed into the event.

- Pre-registration tickets are $5 per person.
- When paying through venmo, please leave "japanfest" as a comment.
- If you do not own venmo, please complete this pre-registration form and we will collect $5 in cash upon your arrival to the event.
- Pre-registration will be limited to the first 250 who RSVP. Any entries to japanfest after pre-registration will be required at the door.
- Ticket price at the door will be $10 per person paid via venmo or cash.

At the entrance of the event, we will be confirming your payment for your entry to the event. If the payment cannot be confirmed, please be aware that you will be charged $10 at the door.
