Pawtucket COZ FALLSESSION – OCTOBER 11TH THROUGH DECEMBER 8TH

Dear Parent/Guardian,

The Pawtucket COZ announces its IN PERSON After School Program for BALDWIN ANNEX elementary students in grades 1ST through 5TH  Clubs start on TUESDAY,  OCTOBER 11th and will be held on Mondays through Thursdays from the end of the school day to 5 PM (5 PM BUS TRAVELS TO CUNNINGHAM SCHOOL FOR PARENT PICK UP at 5:30 PM) *YOU MAY ALSO GIVE YOUR PERMISSION TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD AT BALDWIN ANNEX AT THE END OF EACH PROGRAM DAY.  Children will be given a snack, time for homework and a different academic/enrichment club each day.  The first day of each club will be meeting the students and getting to know them.   All materials for each project will be provided at no charge to those who register for the program.

SPACE IS LIMITED. We encourage you to register your child/children as soon as possible.  Each child requires a separate registration form. Since the program will start on October 11th, please register by MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH. so we can finalize the clubs.  

This is the electronic registration/permission form that is translated in three languages. A LA ESCUELA CUNNINGHAM PARA QUE LOS PADRES RECOJAN A LAS 5:30 PM) *TAMBIÉN PUEDE DAR SU PERMISO PARA RECOGER A SU HIJO EN EL ANEXO BALDWIN AL FINAL DE CADA DÍA DEL PROGRAMA. Los niños recibirán un refrigerio, tiempo para la tarea y un club académico/de enriquecimiento diferente cada día. El primer día de cada club será conocer a los estudiantes y conocerlos. Todos los materiales para cada proyecto se proporcionarán sin cargo a quienes se registren en el programa. EL ESPACIO ES LIMITADO. Le recomendamos que registre a su hijo/hijos lo antes posible. Cada niño requiere un formulario de registro por separado. Dado que el programa comenzará el 11 de octubre, regístrese antes del LUNES 26 DE SEPTIEMBRE. para que podamos finalizar los clubes.
