Fundraising Sponsorship Request Form

Dear Community Members,

KPSNA is launching a dynamic sponsorship program to actively support our high school and college/university students in their large-scale events. We've earmarked a total of $2,000 annually to sponsor four or more unique requests (Max. $500 per case) on a first-come, first-served basis.

Here are some key details:

- Open to high school and college students or their organizations.

- Events should be sizable, drawing a crowd ranging from a few hundred to thousands.

- Individuals or organizations may benefit from the program once per year.

- To submit your request, please complete the Google form with all the necessary details

- The KPSNA committee will diligently review each submission, maintaining the right to make a final decision on sponsorship awards.

We extend a warm invitation to parents/guardians and community members to join us as partners in this endeavor with KPSNA. Your support and involvement are integral to the success of this initiative. Together, let's make a positive impact on empowering our young members.
