Saturday June 15th, 2024 - set up starts at 8:30 a.m./ complete set-up by 11:00 a.m.
Note: Please fill out Contract for Vendor Registration Form and a completed copy of the Temporary food Service Application from The Scott County Health Department.
After completing this form you will receiving an invoice from the Friends of MLK. You will be able to pay electronically or mail payment to: Friends of MLK (FoMLK) Inc., 501 Brady St. Suite 106, Davenport, IA 52803 or e-mail to
fomlk.davenport@gmail.com.
Vendor booth availability will be on a first to come first serve basis, and will also be limited in the number of vendors.
Please submit contract no later than 6 pm, Friday, May 31, 2024. There is a $10.00 late registration fee accepted by 5 pm , Tuesday, June 11, 2024. After completing this form you will receiving an invoice from the Friends of MLK.
Electricity is limited and we encourage anyone needing electricity to bring your own generator. We will not supply extension cords, additional tables or other equipment, nor furnish manpower needed to place trailers and equipment. Fees apply for the use of additional tables & chairs. Food vendors will have 2 tables and 2 chairs. Retail and resource information vendors will receive 1 table and 2 chairs.
