This award is open to all pre-school, primary, intermediate and secondary schools and tertiary institutions across Aotearoa New Zealand. The nominating institution or individual must be a current financial member of EONZ.
Section 2 asks for information about yourself, the nominator.
Section 3 asks for information about the nominee.
In Section 4 you will be asked to provide some information about the programme. It will be useful to copy the following points to your desktop and develop some responses before adding as you complete the form.

How are these achieved?
What evidence do you have to support this?
