Bylaws & Governance - 4 Director Seats
Education & Professional Development - 1 Board Liaison, 2 Director/Member and 3 Member seats
Finance & Audit - 2 Board Member/Member and 1 Member seats
Franchise & Industry Relations - 1 Board Liaison, 1 Past Chair and 4 Member seats
Government Affairs - 1 Board Liaison, 2 Director/Member and 5 Member seats
Independent Hoteliers - 1 Board Liaison and 4 Member seats
Strategic Planning - 3 Director and 2 Member seats
