CWES Nature Fair: Vendor Sign-Up Form
Crestwood E.S.'s Nature Fair event will be held on Saturday, May 4 from 11:00am - 2:00pm. The cost is $10 to participate as a vendor at the event - selling family-friendly goods - and $10 additional if you need to rent a 6' table from the PTA.

Please paypal treasurercrestwoodpta@gmail.com with your vendor fee ($10 no table, $20 w/ table rental) before the event date on May 4, 2024.
