　　通識跨校線上課程特殊權限退選或停修除依學校規定期限內填『跨校線上通識課程退選申請單』或『教務資訊系統申請停修』外，請另填具本表單，以利交叉比對名單並提供於陽明交大後續作業，謝謝您的配合～

※特殊權限退選：3/29(五)前填具『跨校線上通識課程退選申請單』並送至【綜合教學大樓6F通識中心】。

Drop for Special Cases： please complete and sign the "Inter-University Online General Education Course -Withdrawal Application Form" and deliver it to [General Education Center, 6th floor of the Integrated Teaching Building] before 2024/3/29.

※停修：4/22~5/17至『教務資訊系統』申請停修。

Suspend or terminate a course： please apply on the Academic Affairs Information System within the time limit specified in the calendar (2024/4/22~5/17).

註：跨校線上課程相關作業將滾動式調整。Related progress is adjusted on a rolling basis.
