Welcome Students and Parents!  Please complete this Google Form to finalize your registration process at Valley Vista High School for the 2022-2023 school year.  You should have completed the Aeries Data Confirmation already.  There will be several optional forms in this document that not all families will need to complete.  Please review each form, determine if it is a form that you need to complete, and if so, complete the form before moving on to the next section (you may just type your name in any spots that request a signature).  You will be required to type your name after each form to confirm that you saw and read the form.  You will have the option to request an emailed copy of your responses.  All of these forms are available on our website: vvhs.info.
