NABET-CWA ABC-TV Members: Kronos Incident/Payroll Report Form

Dear NABET-CWA Member working for ABC:

As you are aware, ABC has informed NABET-CWA-represented employees that the Kronos Workforce Time Recording system will be put back in service starting tomorrow, Saturday, March 26, 2022 at all locations covered by the Master Agreement.

Unfortunately, you are also likely to be aware of the prior history of Kronos which have resulted in hundreds of incidents of missing or incorrect pay, which have impacted members since October of 2020.

As a result of these problems, the Union has developed an on-line reporting system for members to flag potential violations of the Master Agreement and federal, state, and city labor laws in order for NABET-CWA leadership to get these items addressed as soon as possible.

Please use this form to record each and every incident you have involving incorrect pay and incorrect pay stubs or statements of earnings now that Kronos is going back into service.

This form is designed to provide you immediate access to Union officials and allow us to centrally collect your input. Any information you provide will only be used to get your incorrect pay rectified faster, and to identify trending errors. Please fill out this form as soon as you become aware of payroll problems.
