We are requesting your assistance as we begin planning and preparing for the 2024-2025 school year. Once a student is enrolled at Columbia Crest, they may remain through 8th grade. The information you provide will help our school plan appropriately.

Thank you for submitting this form in a timely manner as we hope to draft our master schedule and account for proper staffing needs. Please submit this form no later than Friday, March 15th.

Out-of-district and inter-district transfers must reapply on an annual basis. Please be aware that inter-district transfers are being reviewed based on class sizes.
