The Advocacy Committee is responsible for furthering NECAR's mission of uniting its members to advocate for real property rights in our communities. It shall also be seen by the public, media, and elected officials as the leading advocate for private property rights and real property ownership.

The Finance & Budget Committee will ensure the stability o the Association's current and future financial posture. In furtherance of this purpose, the Finance & Budget Committee shall review and recommend long-range financial plans, annual operating budget, and approve unbudgeted operating expenses.

The Membership Committee is responsible for furthering NECAR's mission of connecting members through various media and events. In furtherance of this purpose, the Membership Committee shall:

1). Coordinate programs that bring members together for the purpose of professional development and networking.

2). Identify and recommend opportunities for the use of press releases and other public dissemination of information.

3). Oversee the following: Orientation, Recruitment, Education, Awards

The MLS Committee is responsible for managing the ongoing aspects of the MLS and reports to the Leadership Team. A task force may be appointed to facilitate various aspects of the MLS. Such as: Rules and Regulations, MLS additions and changes that would enhance the functions of the membership.

The Nominating Committee shall annually seek leadership from the members for the following year.

The Strategic Planning Committee develops and recommends the overall strategic direction of the Association, works with the Leadership Team to monitor progress, review results as a basis for setting new strategy, and recommends actions to the Board of Directors consistent with the Strategic Plan.
