Newport Folk Festival Accessibility Program 2024 Registration Form

The Newport Festival Foundation welcomes attendees with all kinds of accommodations to our family. As part of this work, we commit to learning and growing alongside other festivals on how to create more inclusive experiences that demonstrate in action (and don’t just say) we want you to feel comfortable to enjoy our incredible artists and extended community.

When you register for the program, and fill out this form, you provide information that helps us shape the program and respond directly to the needs of the community.  This allows us to create a more inclusive space that is accessible to a wider range of people. 

Please only complete this form after you have purchased your own ticket via DICE.

You will pick up your wristband at the Accessibility Hub once you have entered the festival.

If applicable, you can resister a plus one companion who is also is eligible to enter the accessible areas. Please provide the name of the one person receiving an Accessibility Guest Wristband (must have ticket for entry to the festival). Patrons can only be accompanied by one companion at a time. If patrons are attending the festival with a large group, companions may be switched out at any time.
