Summer Workshop & Jazz Festival Volunteer - I would like to assist in both events

Food Donation: Guests can donate non-perishable food items or funds to provide snacks and meals for the children attending the workshop. This could include items like granola bars, fruit snacks, crackers, or individually packaged snacks.

Beverage Donation: Donations of bottled water, juice boxes, or sports drinks can help keep the children hydrated during the workshop. Guests could also contribute funds towards purchasing these beverages.

Snack Donation: Guests can donate snacks for the children to enjoy during breaks. (individually packed)

Meal Sponsorship: Guests can sponsor a specific meal for the workshop, such as lunch or a pizza party. Contributions could cover the cost of donations. (Tax deductible) .

Treat Donation: Guests can donate special treats or desserts for the children to enjoy as a reward for their hard work during the workshop. This could include items like cookies, cupcakes, churros, ice pops, ect.

Equipment Donation: Guests can donate equipment or supplies needed for preparing and serving food and beverages, such as coolers, serving trays, utensils, or disposable plates and cups.

Financial Contribution: Guests can make a financial contribution towards the overall food and beverage budget for the workshop, allowing organizers to purchase items as needed and ensure that all children are well-fed and nourished throughout the event.
