Thank you for your interest in the Community Health Worker (CHW) Training offered by the Northern ACEs Collaborative, a project of the Population Health Innovation Lab.

All courses are online, self-paced and offer a certificate of completion. Courses can be started as soon as payment is received. Please note access to courses will be made available until August 1, 2022.

Course Fees:
Core Skills Bundle (12 pre-selected courses): $1,100 per registrant
Individual Courses: $100 each

Discount available for two or more individuals from the same agency who enroll at the same time for the Core Skills Bundle only (12 pre-selected courses): $1,000 per registrant
