I understand that if I violate any of the listed terms & conditions, I am forfeiting my privilege to participate in the ceremony. I further understand that in the event of my violation of any of the above, I will be required to leave the graduation ceremony.

I plan to participate in Eagle Ridge Academy (ERA) High School’s 2022 Commencement ceremony on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - UNC @ 11:00am

I will attend the graduation rehearsal at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, May 17, 2022

I will wear the authorized cap and gown and tassel. Only Honor Society cords will be worn. Caps may be decorated in a tasteful, school approved manner; however, I will not attach tape, balloon, signs, or any other items to the cap, gown or on my person.

My attire under my gown will be suitable and will reflect the importance and dignity of the occasion (i.e. slacks and dress shoes for men, and dresses and dress shoes for ladies).

I will not engage in any act of rowdiness, noisy behavior, or misconduct. I will conduct myself properly before, during and immediately following the ceremony so the graduation ceremony will be meaningful to everyone in attendance.

I will abide by the Board of Education policy, which prohibits the use of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco before, during, and immediately following the rehearsal and ceremony.

I will be responsible for knowing and understanding my individual academic credit standing, in regards to the graduation requirements set forth by the ERA Board of Directors.

I will refrain from pranks of any kind. I recognize that a prank which is slanderous or libelous, which compromises the safety of others, which causes destruction of property, or which causes a serious disruption may result in the forfeiture of the privilege of participation in the graduation ceremony

I understand that if I violate any of the above conditions, I am forfeiting my privilege to participate in the ceremony. I further understand that in the event of my violation of any of the above, I will be required to leave the graduation ceremony.
