This form is a simple request for membership in the APDC, a public non-profit social welfare organization. If you find yourself uncommitted or with questions about the questions, please come to our DBC Wednesday Meetings and work with us to create more clarity.

Your request will be reviewed by the current members, and it is advised that you have active member support of your request as each application will be discussed for recommendation. Accepted membership requests will be presented at a General Assembly for approval, then ratified at a Board Meeting for entry in the Costa Rican registrar.

If you have been participating in activities with the Diamante Bridge Collective and would like to join as a legal voting member of the association (with access to member rights and benefits as they become available), please provide the following information:
