Walk the Thousand Islands with Hearts for Youth
Walk the Thousand Islands as a fundraiser for Hearts for Youth (HFY).  As a 501C3 non-profit youth organization, HFY is dedicated to providing opportunities, after-school programs, and life-skills to over 400 youth annually, so youth in our community will become healthy, educated, respectful and productive citizens.  You can help us in our mission to help the youth as you explore the beautiful Thousand Islands region this summer.  HFY is hosting the walk from May 31 to September 6, 2021.  As you walk, log your miles to hit one of our island related goals:  18.64 or 186.4!  Also share your photos and your walk journey on our facebook event page.

Cost per participant is:
$10 for children ages 12 and under
$20 for children ages 13 to 18
$50 for adults 18 and above
Payment may be made by check to Hearts for Youth, PO Box 414, Alexandria Bay, NY 13607, credit card via phone, or Venmo.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JULY 31, 2021.

I acknowledge that participation in this walk involves physical activity and may involve risk and injury and i assume this risk.  I further acknowledge that I and any additional participants named above are fully capable of performing the activities required.  i agree to hold Hearts for Youth, Inc. (HFY) and personnel harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury or property damage, to the extent permitted by law.  I also hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by HFY of any photographs taken or posted on Facebook of me and the above names participants for purposes of advertisement (i.e. publications, website, new, etc. ) without any compensation to me or them.  All negative, positives and digital images, shall constitute the property of HFY solely and completely.  If you DO NOT consent, please send us a letter in writing.  By typing my name below, I consent to submitting this from and my authorization electronically.
