By completing this form and signing up to be a Peer Tutor, your name will be added to a spreadsheet managed by the Counseling Office staff. If you are matched up with a student needing a tutor, the Counseling Office staff will send you a message/call you down to connect you with your student.

You will be able to provide either in-person or "virtual tutoring" via a video conferencing format like Face Time, Zoom or Google Hangouts. Please contact any of the EHS Counseling Office staff if you have questions.

Peer Tutor Expectations:
1. Once you are connected with a student to tutor, contact that student to set up a schedule of tutoring (days, times) - in person, via Zoom, Face Time, etc.

2. The EHS Counseling Office staff will provide you with the student’s email and/or phone number.

3. It is important that you maintain confidentiality with any students you are tutoring.

4. Please be prompt to tutoring sessions and a good communicator with students you are tutoring.

5. Please let the Counseling Office staff know if your student is not showing up for scheduled tutoring sessions.

6. Please let the Counseling Office staff know if/when tutoring has been discontinued.

7. Reach out to the Counseling Office staff if you have questions or need support.
