Welcome! We are building a network of people who can support their neighbors, friends, family and community, through mutual aid in Frederick, Md

Our goal is to help those who are self quarantined because of the threat of Coronavirus Covid-19. This would include, foremost, those who are Elderly , Immunicompromised and any other at-risk people. We are here to give peace of mind.

We are committed to take every precaution to make sure that anything that is passed out has been thoroughly sanitized. Any bins we use to transport  items, for example, will be sanitized and those who are helping with gathering of supplies or deliveries will be wearing a mask and gloves during this process. Some of the precautions taken are to mitigate any threat and are also for peace of mind.
We will be passing out groceries, medicine and cleaning supplies as needed. Any other suggestions are welcomed.


This form has four sections. The first two sections include questions for basic contact information and questions for those who need help during this time of self-quarantine. The last two sections are for volunteers. This includes:
1) Contact information
2) What help will you need? (You can leave your answer blank, anything that is not applicable)
4) Volunteer contact information
3) What help can you give? (Again, you can leave your answer blank for anything that is not applicable)

If you have any particular need, we will do our best to match you up with someone who has that resource or skill.
And, if you have a resource or skill, to contribute, we will do our best to match you up with someone who has that need.

In general, practicing physical distancing & social solidarity is a practice that can help support those populations most vulnerable to Covid-19. Washing your hands, sanitizing and best hygiene practices are recommended, as always.
