Camp gear: t-shirts, hats, shorts, sweatshirts, hoodies, water bottles, notebooks, flashlights and more will be available for purchase at camp.

**If your child has special dietary concerns please contact EMBC (406.948.1020) PRIOR to the week of camp to make arrangements. Supplemental food provided by the family may be needed.

**Please print and fill in a health form for the camper and bring to registration/check-in; health form cannot be submitted electronically.  Health form is on previous page.

**If your child needs to take medication during the week of camp, please send the medication in the container from the Pharmacy with the pharmacy labels attached.

I understand by filling out the online registration form and agreeing to EMBC’s terms and conditions, I give my camper permission to use the jungle swing, zipline, pool, climbing wall, archery equipment, and laser tag. I understand these activities will be used only with staff supervision. I allow my camper’s picture or comments to be used in promotional materials for Eastern Montana Bible Camp. I give my permission for emergency medical attention for my registered camper and I allow them to have over the counter medications such as Tylenol or tums. I understand if I do not agree to any of these terms or conditions, I must let EMBC know in writing at registration.
