Consent and Manuscript ID

In the following questions, please indicate whether you consent to participate in the KiTS23 challenge and provide the ID of the paper you submitted to the Microsoft CMT platform.

Both of these items are required.

The purpose of this form is to collect information from KiTS23 participants that will (a) allow us to provide access to the test set images at the desired time, and (b) inform the design of future KiTS events.

The survey consists of a series of multiple choice and short answer questions. The survey is estimated to take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. You may stop completing the survey at any time.

By checking the box below, you are providing your consent for the study investigators to use your responses for research purposes related to improving KiTS, which may include publications or presentations. You also grant the investigators consent to post your provided methods paper on a leaderboard in conjunction with your ranking and official score for the challenge metrics.

Your responses will be identifiable to the study investigators, but they will not be published in any manner that can be tied back to you without your explicit permission, which may be requested via email at a later date. If you do not check the box, your responses will not be used for this purpose and will be destroyed.
