RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP
1. All Ex-students of Govinda Dasa College, who have studied for one or more academic year in the Pre-University (upto the year ending 31st May 2001), Graduate of Post Graduate courses shall be eligible to apply as Alumni member
2. Association’s Memorandum of Association & Bye-laws are available to member at association – registered office.  This will be made available in association website when ready.
3. Members are required to abide by the Terms & Conditions listed in the bye-laws of the association.
4. Memebers shall notify GDCAA of any change in their contact details provided in the form without delay.
5. The Primary mode of Association’s communication to members will be via Email ID listed in the member database.  If any member wishes to receive physical mail on their address, he/she should notify such request in writing.  Association reserves the right to charge applicable postal and processing fee for such mailing.
6. GDCAA shall list the name of the Alumni member in the rigistry and may be visible to the association members.  Association will not disclose any other contact information such as e-mail address, telephone number, mailing address etc., to any third party except in the following cases:
a.  If the member agrees to such disclosure
b. If such disclosure is required by law
