The following form is part of the application to register a student to attend Corunna Public Schools. These forms may be completed online or printed and filled out to be submitted to the Administration Office. Upon approval for enrollment, building principals will notify family and set up appointment to schedule classes, building tours, and to turn in remaining forms to building office. These forms are available at the Administration Office, and may be filled out in advance of the building appointment.
