Our Spring Exhibition at the Eli Whitney Barn is May 30 - June 2. We hope you will contribute to the festivities at our Reception and Awards Ceremony on Saturday, June 1 from 3-5 pm. We are in need of savory and sweet finger food, non-alcoholic beverages, flowers in containers for tables and monetary donations, as well as “people power” to help with set-up, monitoring food & drink tables and cleanup. Please note: There are no kitchen facilities at the Barn. Therefore, we are asking for finger foods that can be served at room temperature and do not require utensils for consumption. We will have some serving utensils available.

Savory(appetizer) finger food suggestions: cheese & crackers, chips & dip, cut up veggies, cut up fruit, mini sandwiches or wraps etc. OR a favorite recipe you would like to make

Sweet(dessert) finger food suggestions: cookies, brownies, bars, mini cupcakes, mini pastries etc. OR your favorite recipe

Beverage suggestions: No alcohol. Lemonade (sweetened or sugar free), Iced Tea (sweetened or unsweetened),12-packs of 8 oz. bottles of water, Fruit juice
