Your provided personal information will not be stored or shared with any third parties outside Google Forms. We collect this information solely to review your submission and contact you to initiate the process of registering you to the ValoTracker translations team.

This data will be shared among the staff team of ValoTracker, and will not be disclosed to anyone else.

You will by default be given the Translator role in the ValoTracker support server for recognition, as well as be featured in the credits section of our website, which you may optionally opt out of once you are invited to the ValoTracker team. *

Conditions

Translations will be provided voluntary, that no compensation such as money, perks from ValoTracker are to be expected.

Although no deadlines will be set for translations to be completed, if you have not made any noticeable contributions to the translations i.e. at least 15% of the total strings for a particular language, and have failed to show any progress after reminders without a valid reason, your translator position may be revoked. *
