Dear GSICS Student,

We do hope this e-mail finds you and your loved ones safe and well in such a prolonged COVID-19 pandemic situation. Fortunately, the number of people infected with COVID-19 in Japan has been decreasing, but we need to continue to take various precautions against infection, such as wearing masks, etc. Following the questionnaire we conducted in the spring semester, this second survey is designed to update your problems and concerns during the pandemic, which can help us provide you with more appropriate and effective supports. It may take about 5 minutes to fill in the questionnaire, and we will not use the collected data for other purposes. We appreciate your participation.
