Current subleasing availability is for two weekdays (TBD), with the possibility of adding on either Saturdays or Sundays. Rent for two weekdays is $160/week, adding on Saturday or Sunday is $225/week. On your days, the studio will be fully yours - we will not be sharing the space. Rent will be due every Friday. You will be required to sign a lease for an agreed upon amount of time. Deposit will be due at time of lease signing (2 weeks rent).

Studio is 165 square feet, private and fully furnished, located right next to the 91 freeway in Zilla Suites. Includes rolling stool, mayo tray and client bed with Sol Beauty topper and leg rest to give your clients the most comfortable experience. Room is permitted with Riverside County as a body art facility and meets all requirements. Includes wall mounted 18" Neewer ring light for the best photo lighting, mini fridge for drinks and Amazon Echo Dot w/ Amazon Music Unlimited to play music of your choice. Hand soap, paper towels, sharps container/disposal provided. You will have 3 drawers in the rolling tool box dedicated to your items and a full shelf in the lower cabinet as well. Suites have washer/dryer and break room with refrigerator and microwave.
