The Cochrane District EarlyON Child and Family Centres in collaboration with the Porcupine Health Unit is hosting a 4 week Virtual Prenatal Series for pregnant mothers and their support partners in June 2021.

Sessions will be held in June on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Session 1: Tuesday June 1st 7:00-8:00 p.m. -Prenatal Nutrition
Session 2: Tuesday June 8th 7:00-8:00 p.m. - Comfort Measures for Labour and Delivery
Session 3: Tuesday June 15th 7:00-8:00 p.m. - Breastfeeding
Session 4: Tuesday June 22nd 7:00-8:00 p.m.- Bringing Baby Home

Sessions will be held through a Zoom platform and will be hosted and guided by the Porcupine Health Unit health professionals and EarlyON Educators.
