I understand and agree that I assume full responsibility for any damage to my display from any cause or loss thereof; and that I will indemnify and hold harmless, Hibbing Memorial Building, City of Hibbing, Perrella & Associates and all employees from any claim, cause or action set forth by the Hibbing Memorial Building, City of Hibbing or Perrella & Associates. This contract is non-transferable. 

I understand that the specific locations or the availability of power are not guaranteed. Perrella & Associates will make every attempt to accommodate vendors taking into consideration seniority in participation of the show and the date their registration was received. I understand that there is a NO REFUND policy for the Home Show.
