State Solo and Ensemble (TSSEC) Information
This form is for people who QUALIFIED for TSSEC AND who want to pay the entry fee to COMPETE in TSSEC.

Please fill this out completely.  If you are changing your solo/ensemble, you will need to have that information ready to put in this form, since this is what I'm using to send corrections to the state office.  This form needs to be filled out no later than Friday, March 29th

PLEASE, for ENSEMBLES, ONLY FILL OUT ONCE PER ENSEMBLE!  
If you have multiple solos (piano and violin, for instance), please fill out a separate form for each.

The entry fee will be $20 per solo and $10 per ensemble member.
ACCOMPANIST INFORMATION:  
Rehearsals and compensation will need to be worked out with your accompanist. (Fees for playing at State are usually quite a bit higher because they have to travel to Austin for you.)

I will sign everyone up to go on the AFTERNOON of MONDAY MAY 27th, UNLESS you say you need to go on the previous Saturday.  (in which case, you will likely need to get your own accompanist.  Please tell me if you NEED to go on Saturday and not Memorial Day (Monday) like everyone else.
