Toombs County School System American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act Funding – Six Month Review
Toombs County School System is seeking your input on the six-month review of our plan to support our students and staff with the federal funds received through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The purpose of these federal funds is to help sustain the safe and effective operations of our schools and address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our students and staff.

ESSER-funded activities must respond to all students' academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs.  Over the next three years, the funds will be used to address learning loss and support the district's multi-tiered system of student support, including social and emotional health.

The district will continue to monitor, evaluate, and update our plan based on stakeholder feedback and the district's comprehensive needs assessment throughout the funding period of the ARP ESSER grant at least every six months.

Your input is an essential part of the district’s process to address learning loss through evidence-based interventions and maintain a safe learning environment for our students and staff. Thank you in advance for your valuable input on the district's plan and budget for the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act funds.
