All data will be retained by Galway Softball for three years, data will be used exclusively for managing membership, communications and arranging tournaments. All data will be shared with our Governing body, Fastpitch Ireland and our Insurance Company.
Annominised data may be shared with the Galway Sports Partnership or other Grant providers for an Audit.
