Please feel free to add your name to the waiting list, giving an indication of which class/classes you are interested in attending. This should take about 3 minutes.  

Classes run in line with State schools half term holidays and are booked by the block.

To be upfront and manage expectations, Monday evenings are particularly busy and have shown little movement in some time. It's still worth popping your name down as things can and do change, it just may take a little while! I'll be back in touch as soon as a space in your requested class becomes available.

Have you ever practiced Pilates before? If so, it would be really helpful if you can specify which type of Pilates you have done (if known) ie Body Control Pilates, Stott, APPI etc. Please also indicate roughly how for how long. This helps me to establish class suitability.
Do you have any specific injuries/medical concerns which may affect  your movement? A full Medical history will be taken at a later stage, but again this may affect class suitability. Not all classes will be suitable for all contraindications. Please feel free to drop me a line or give me a call to discuss further.
