ABOUT SiK
Schooling in Korea (https://www.schoolinginkorea.org/) seeks to help students of foreign backgrounds whose first language is not Korean adjust to life in Korean schools. We offer tutoring sessions every season, and each SiK class goes for 45 minutes ~ 1 hour each week. You can find more information on SchoolinginKorea.org

**PLEASE READ/참고** 이곳은 영어나 영어회화를 배우는 곳이 아니고 한국어가 서툴거나 어려움이 있는 학생들을 위한 공간입니다. This is not a place to learn English or English conversational skills. Our goal is to help students whose first language is not Korean adjust to life in Korea/Korean schools.

Expectations and Agreements for TUTEES
1. Students should turn on their cameras during lessons to create an engaging experience for all participants.
 
2. Students should not use their cell phones/other technology unrelated to the lesson.

3. All classes are recorded on Zoom for monitoring purposes. By signing up for a class, the student and parent agree to the recording practice.

3. 모든 수업은 모니터링을 위해 Zoom에 녹화됩니다. 수업을 등록함으로써 학생과 학부모는 녹화 에 동의합니다.

Expectations and Agreements for PARENTS [Please read carefully.]
1.Tutors offer this service for free out of their busy schedule, so the system should not be abused. After 2 unexcused absences, the student will not be eligible to participate in SiK for the remainder of the session and following session. We ask that parents contact admin@schoolinginkorea.org about missing the class at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class time.
 
2. If parents have any inquiries for tutors/the program, please reach out to us
at admin@schoolinginkorea.org. We ask that parents do not contact tutors directly through personal emails for the sake of organization and privacy.

3. All classes are recorded on Zoom for monitoring purposes. By signing up for a class, the student and parent agree to the recording practice.

1. 바쁜 스케줄중에 봉사하는 선생님들을 위해 수업시간을 잘 지켜주시기 바랍니다. 결석에대해 최소 수업 12시간 전에 admin@schoolinginkorea.org 과 선생님에게 메일 주시기 바랍니다. 예고없이 2번 결석하는 학생들은 session의 남은 수업과 다음학기 session에 등록을 못합니다.

2. 저희 서비스에 대해 의견이나 질문이 있으실 경우, 선생님께 연락하지말고 admin@schoolinginkorea.org으로 직접 연락주세요.
