ALL volunteers must be ages 16 and older, able to work independently and professionally, and meet the requirements listed below.  Volunteers cannot bring pets or small children as that will affect the ability to focus and provide services to the event.  Volunteer shirts will be provided.

We will be at the Oregon Conventions center.  Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift begins for a short training.

 

Tasks may include:

Dynamic bib assignment: must be comfortable using a simple program on cellular phone, this is a seated assignment.  Chairs, phones, and instructions provided by staff members.
Standing to assist in t-shirt and/or merchandise areas
Standing, walking, light lifting and organizing
 

Skills necessary:  Comfort using a fairly simple cellular technology for dynamic bib assignment (On-Site mobile app), reading, writing, fluent in English, quick study, personable, troubleshooting and ability to respond to timelines and/or time sensitive issues.
