This short questionnaire by Vulcan Post is to gauge whether employees in Malaysia believe being loyal to a company is more beneficial than job hopping. These benefits could be in the form of monetary compensation like salary increments and bonuses, or company perks like being entitled to longer paid leaves and other such benefits.
For the purposes of this survey, the definition of job hopping refers to changing jobs frequently and voluntarily, usually with the intention to stay in a company for only 1 to 2 years before moving to the next company. The term doesn't apply if the reason for your departure is due to termination or a layoff.
The
information gathered from this questionnaire will be used for an upcoming Vulcan Post editorial article, and if your response is used in the article,
you will remain anonymous. Your information will not be shared with anyone outside of the Vulcan Post team.
