2024 Livermore Young Men Camp Adult Registration
Livermore Stake Youth Camps will be Christ-centered, with daily spiritual activities including scripture study, prayer, and spiritual devotionals where youth may take the opportunity to learn and share their feelings about Jesus Christ.

During the camps, youth have the opportunity to participate in service and activities including hiking, outdoor skills, rappelling, waterfront, rock wall, and more.

PLEASE DO NOT FORWARD THIS FORM.  Please only submit this form if you have been specifically asked to attend all or portions of the Young Men camp.

We don't anticipate any fees for adults supporting camp and drivers can plan to be reimbursed for fuel.

Participant/volunteer Release to Use Name, Image, Voice Likeness, and Performance:  In order to take photos, videos, etc. of youth at camp and to contribute recorded media to stake and ward histories, social media, and other possible publications, local Church leaders have asked that we request a participant release.  (refer to the Church's form here (https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/bc/content/shared/content/english/pdf/create/participant-release.pdf) to read the standard release language.  By submitting this registration, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of this release.  To opt out of this release, please contact your camp director.

I will keep a good attitude and always show respect for the youth and other camp leaders. I will assist the camp director in any way possible in order to implement the most positive camp experience for the youth.

I will participate in the camping experience with an attitude of respect and in good faith. Should any unforeseen difficulty arise, I will counsel at once with the Camp Director or priesthood leader in a spirit of love and friendship. In order to build unity and harmony at camp, I will never vocalize problems to camp staff other than the Camp Director.
